When you complete the booking form for either Tier 1 or 2 training or when adding your details to the session register without having booked your place, you will be asked to consent to the following Data Processing statement:

Personal data will be collected from you via this booking form and your personal data is only collected and processed for the purposes of, and in connection with, the functions that KeyOpps Ltd. performs with regard to the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Programme on behalf of Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as lead provider for Birmingham and Solihull ICS. The collection and processing of such data is necessary for the purposes of those functions. KeyOpps Ltd. is subject to BCHC's notification to the Information Commissioner (as the lead provider for the BSol ICS), which sets out all of the types of processing that BCHC undertake and can be found on their website.
